A: FanCraze attempts to match your original serial number’s tier as closely as possible:

• Top 25%, Mid 50%, Low 25% – Your new moment will be assigned a serial within the same range.

• Special Serials (#1, Jersey, Perfect) – If available, you get a matching one. If not, you receive the next closest serial.

Q: How are new moments grouped for minting?

A: New moments are minted in sets of 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 moments with probabilities assigned to each set. This adds an element of excitement and strategy to the upgrade process.
