Q: How do I list my collectibles for sale?

A: Follow these steps:

  1. Go to "Your Club" and open the "Collectibles" page.

  2. Select the collectible you wish to sell.

  3. Click "Place for Sale".

  4. Set your selling price (must be above the minimum price).

  5. Review transaction details and confirm.

  6. Click "Place for Sale", and your listing will go live.

Q: What are the pricing guidelines when listing a collectible?

A: Below the price input box, you’ll see a "Minimum Price", which is based on the rarity and demand of the collectible.

Q: What fees are charged when selling a collectible?

A:

  • Marketplace Fee: A commission charged by FanCraze.

  • Net Consideration: The amount you’ll receive after the fee deduction.

  • TDS @1% (For Indian Sellers): A 1% tax deducted from the transaction.

  • Total Payout: The final amount credited to your account.

Q: How do I manage my listings?

A: After listing a collectible, you can:

  • View Listing: See its details and pricing.

  • Edit Price: Adjust the price using the "Change Listing Price" option.

  • Cancel Listing: Remove it from the Marketplace instantly.

Q: Can I change my listing price after posting?

A: Yes, you can edit the listing price at any time. If you're unsure about pricing, use the "Pricing Helper" tool to check market trends.

Q: How do I cancel a listing?

A:

  • Go to "Your Club" → "Collectibles".

  • Click "Cancel Listing".

  • Your collectible will be removed from the Marketplace.

Q: How can I track offers on my collectibles?

A: You can view and manage offers under the "Offers" section in Your Club.

Q: What happens after I sell a collectible?

A:

  • The buyer receives the collectible.

  • Your earnings are credited to your FanCraze Wallet.

  • Funds from Marketplace Sales will have an aging period before withdrawal.

Q: What should I do if my collectible doesn’t sell?

A: If your listing isn’t selling:

  • Lower the price to attract buyers.

  • Use the Pricing Helper to check competitive rates.

  • Delist and relist later when demand increases.
