Q: What is Mint Factory?

A: Mint Factory is a feature that allows users to mint brand-new E4 collectibles using Essence, Cash or a combination of both. Instead of selecting a specific collectible, users mint from a randomized pool based on probabilities.

Q: How is Mint Factory different from Pack Drops?

A: Unlike Pack Drops where you know the collectibles inside, Mint Factory adds an element of luck and strategy, allowing you to mint collectibles from a pool based on milestone levels.

Q: What do I need to mint collectibles?

A: You need Essence (Flash, Common, Rare, or Epic) to mint collectibles of the same rarity. You may also need Cash, depending on the minting process.

Q: What is Essence in Mint Factory?

A: Essence is a currency earned through SuperTeam games, Mystery Boxes, and platform activities, and it is used to mint collectibles in Mint Factory. Different types of Essence (Flash, Common, Rare, Epic) mint different rarities of collectibles.

Q: How can I earn Essence?

A: Essence can be earned by:

  • Playing SuperTeam Games.

  • Opening Mystery Boxes.

  • Engaging in platform activities & events.

Q: What are milestones in Mint Factory?

A: Milestones determine the quality of collectibles you can mint. The more Essence you have, the higher your milestone level and the better your chances of minting premium collectibles.

Q: What are the Essence requirements for each milestone?

A: The Essence requirements vary based on the milestone level and the type of Essence being used:

  • Milestone 1 (M1): Requires 300 Flash Essence, 125 Common Essence, 30 Rare Essence, or 30 Epic Essence.

  • Milestone 2 (M2): Requires 600 Flash Essence, 200 Common Essence, 60 Rare Essence, or 60 Epic Essence.

  • Milestone 3 (M3): Requires 750 Flash Essence, 250 Common Essence, 75 Rare Essence, or 75 Epic Essence.

  • Maximum Essence Balance: You can hold up to 1000 Flash Essence, 300 Common Essence, 100 Rare Essence, or 100 Epic Essence at any time.

Q: Can I mix different types of Essence for minting?

A: No, you must use the same type of Essence to mint a collectible. Example:

  • Flash Essence Mints Flash Collectibles.

  • Common Essence Mints Common Collectibles.

  • Rare Essence Mints Rare Collectibles.

  • Epic Essence Mints Epic Collectibles.

Q: Can I use higher milestone Essence to mint at a lower milestone?

A: No, you can only mint from the milestone you qualify for. If you have enough Essence for M3, you must mint from the M3 pool, you cannot mint from M1 or M2.

Q: How does the minting process work?

A:

  • Select the Essence type (Flash, Common, Rare, or Epic).

  • Choose the milestone level based on your available Essence.

  • The system randomly assigns a collectible from the milestone’s collectible pool.

  • Your new E4 collectible is minted instantly.

Q: Can I select a specific player or moment to mint?

A: No, you cannot select a specific player. However, you can choose a pool that includes certain players, and the system randomly assigns a moment from that pool.

Q: How many collectibles can I mint in a day?

A: You can mint up to 3 collectibles within a 24-hour period, regardless of their rarity.

Q: Can I sell or trade minted collectibles?

A: Yes, minted collectibles are fully tradable on the FanCraze Marketplace.

Q: What happens if I don’t have enough Essence for my milestone?

A: You won’t be able to mint collectibles until you accumulate the required Essence balance for that milestone.

Q: Why should I use Mint Factory?

A: Mint Factory offers:

  • A strategic way to build your collection.

  • Fresh collectibles anytime (no need to wait for pack drops).

  • Rewards for active users (Essence is earned through gameplay & engagement).

  • Instant minting & ownership of new moments.

Q: Do minted collectibles have any special advantages?

A: Yes. Minted E4 collectibles can be used in SuperTeam games to help you win even bigger rewards.

Q: Can I accumulate Essence over time?

A: Yes, you can save Essence up to the maximum balance limit and use it later.

Q: Can I refund my minted collectible if I don’t like it?

A: No, all minted collectibles are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Q: Where can I track my Essence balance?

A: You can check your Essence balance in the Mint Factory section under Your Club.
