Q: What is the Waiting Room?
The Waiting Room is a fairness mechanism where users join before a drop starts. When it closes, all users in the room are randomly shuffled into a purchase queue—ensuring equal opportunity regardless of waiting room join time.
Q: Can I leave and rejoin the Waiting Room?
Yes. You may join or rejoin anytime before it closes.
Note: Closing your browser does NOT remove you. You must click “Leave Waiting Room”.
Q: What happens if I join after the Waiting Room closes?
You can still join the Pack Drop, but you will be placed at the end of the queue.
Q: How are queue positions assigned?
After the Waiting Room closes, all users in the room are randomized into queue positions, ensuring fairness for every participant.
Q: How long do I have to complete my pack purchase?
Once you reach the front of the queue, you have 10 minutes to complete your purchase.
Q: What if I don’t complete my purchase in time?
Your turn expires, and you will be automatically moved to the back of the queue.
Q: Can I buy multiple packs?
Yes - up to the maximum limit specified for that drop. If you want more packs after your first purchase, you may rejoin the queue (if supply remains).
Q: How will I know when it’s my turn?
Email notifications may be sent, but staying on the purchase screen is recommended to avoid missing your turn.
Q: What happens if packs sell out before my turn?
If all packs are sold out before it’s your turn, you won’t be able to purchase one. However, you can still buy individual moments on the marketplace or look for unopened packs that other users may be reselling.

Pack pre-payment allows you to pre-authorize a purchase so that when your randomized queue position reaches the front, the system buys the pack automatically and you don’t have to be online.

No. Pre-payment simplifies the process but does not guarantee availability. If packs sell out before your turn, your funds are automatically refunded after the drop ends.
Q: How does pre-payment work?
- Pre-payment for the number of packs you’re interested in when the drop is announced.
- You are automatically placed in the Waiting Room.
- If your turn to purchase comes, then the system completes your purchase.
- If packs sell out first, your pre-payment is refunded.
