Burn & Earn is a limited-time feature that allows you to burn eligible collectibles in exchange for Gold Essence. 

Q: What does “burning” a collectible mean?

Burning is a permanent action that removes a collectible from circulation forever. Once a collectible is burned, it can never be recovered, traded, or used again. This reduces the total supply and increases scarcity for the remaining copies on the platform.

Q: How do I access Burn & Earn?

To access the feature:

• Go to Your Club from the sidebar
  
• Open the Collectibles tab
  
• Select Tradable
  
• Click Bulk Action
  
• Choose Burn & Earn to view all eligible collectibles
  
  

Q: How does Burn & Earn work?

The process is simple:

• Select collectibles you want to burn from your eligible list
  
• Burn them in bulk through a single action
  
• Earn Gold Essence instantly, based on the rarity and player level of each collectible
  
• Redeem Gold Essence for discounts in designated pack sales
  
  

Burning is final—review your selections carefully before confirming.

Q: Can I burn collectibles of any rarity?

No. Only eligible Pro Collectibles—Common, Rare, Epic—can be burned if they appear in the Burn & Earn list during an active window.

Q: Can I burn multiple collectibles at once?

Yes. Burn & Earn supports bulk burning, allowing you to convert many collectibles into Gold Essence in one action.

Q: When is Burn & Earn available?

Burn & Earn is not always active. It is available only during specific burn windows announced by FanCraze. Eligibility for collectibles may also vary based on the event or burn campaign.

Q: How many Gold Essence do I earn per burn?

The number of Gold Essence you earn depends on the rarity and rules set for the active Burn & Earn window. Each event will specify the reward amount for each collectible type.

Q: Where can I use the Gold Essence I earn?

Gold Essence earned from Burn & Earn can then be used for discounts on pack drops (including buyback packs), buying cosmetics, and access to special IRL experiences. 

Q: Can I reverse a burn or recover a burned collectible?

No. Burning is permanent. Once a collectible is burned, it cannot be restored.

Q: Can I burn Flash Cards?

No. Burn & Earn is only applicable to Pro Collectibles. Flash Cards cannot be burned.
