      Q: How do I add funds to my FanCraze Wallet?

      • Click on the Wallet icon and go to the ‘Add Cash’ section.
      • Enter the amount you wish to add.
      • Choose a payment method (Debit/Credit Card, UPI, or Digital Assets).
      • Confirm the details and complete the payment process.

      Q: What payment methods are available for Indian users?

      Indian users can buy FC Points using:

      • Debit or Credit Cards (3.5% fee)
      • Digital Assets across multiple networks (1% fee)

      Q: What payment methods are available for International users?

      International users can buy FC Points using:

      • Credit/Debit Cards
      • Digital Assets via supported wallets like MetaMask or Coinbase

      Q: How do I complete a transaction with digital assets?

      • Choose Digital Assets as your payment method.
      • Connect your wallet (MetaMask, Coinbase, or others).
      • Confirm the transaction.
      • Funds will be added after processing. 
      • Note: FanCraze only receives converted fiat currency from the provider.

      Q: Can I withdraw Deposited Cash?

      A: No, Deposited Cash is non-withdrawable and can only be used within the FanCraze ecosystem.

      Q: Which networks are supported for Digital Asset payments?

      Digital Asset payments are supported across Ethereum Mainnet, Polygon, Base. FanCraze receives the converted fiat currency from the payment provider.

      Q: Do I need to enable international transactions on my card?

      Yes. For international Credit/Debit Card payments, please ensure your card is enabled for international transactions.

      Q: Can I save my payment details for future purchases?

      Yes. You can save your payment details for faster checkouts and manage them anytime from Payment Settings within the Wallet.

      Q: Is identity verification required?

      Yes. To comply with local regulations, FanCraze requires identity verification once your lifetime transaction value exceeds $100.

      Q: Where can I view my transaction history?

      Your complete transaction history is available in the Wallet Overview. You can also filter transactions by currency and download a CSV file for record-keeping.
